QUAVA is for businesses that sell expertise and project work: trades, studios, consultants, and similar service firms that quote, get approval, invoice, and collect payment.

Q is QUAVA’s working intelligence. You tell Q about the job. It helps structure the quote, keep the customer journey moving, and handle follow-ups you have switched on, so the admin does not sit with you.

QUAVA is not accounting software and does not file tax or sync to an accounts package. Many businesses will still keep a separate accountant or bookkeeping tool alongside QUAVA.

Yes. You can generate a quote from notes with Q, then review and edit it, or build and adjust the quote yourself in the quote editor before you send it.

Yes. Customers receive a link to review the quote and approve it without installing anything.

No. Customers use a secure public link. They do not need to create a QUAVA login to review a quote or pay an invoice.

Yes. Quotes and invoices can include VAT so totals stay commercially consistent from quote through to invoice.

Yes. You can request a deposit on a quote and carry that through into the invoice and payment journey.

Yes. Once a quote is accepted, QUAVA can turn it into the invoice so you are not retyping the same job.

Yes. You can set your business name, contact details, and logo so quotes and invoices look like your firm.

QUAVA can send quote follow-ups, invoice reminders, and optional review requests after a job, according to the automation settings for your business.

Yes. Follow-ups and related preferences live in your settings. You can switch them on or off and adjust how they behave for your business.

QUAVA only sends the follow-ups you have enabled. If a reminder is switched on, it can send on the schedule you configured. Nothing is invented outside those controls.

Yes. QUAVA includes a 30-day free trial.

QUAVA costs £28 per month, or £280 per year when paid annually.

Yes. Annual billing gives you 12 months for the price of 10, at £280 per year.

Monthly plans have no fixed-term contract and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are paid upfront and are non-refundable. Cancelling prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid annual billing period. Give at least 30 days' notice before renewal.

Yes. Each business has its own workspace. Data access is scoped to that business so another firm cannot see your customers, quotes, or invoices.

Customer documents are reached through unique links, and product access is authenticated for your own workspace. We do not publish security certifications we have not obtained.

Yes. Agencies, consultants, introducers, and communities can recommend QUAVA. Partner commercial terms are shared during onboarding.
